If I expect anyone to be able to call me on my progress I guess I should let everyone know what I want to accomplish this summer;

1. Be healthier- less eating out and more snacking on fruit and veggies

2. Be more fit- regular exercising and generally more active living

3. Learn something new every week (especially about topics that are relevant to my studies next year)

4. Volunteer every chance I get

5. Less “vegging” time, no sitting around when I can be doing something better for myself

6. Create positivity in all aspects of my life, even if I have to fake it to get myself to believe it (espeically at work)

Well I guess those are the main goals, hopefully I will have lots to share about how I am accomplishing these goals, even though they may not appear difficult, for me it will involve changing a lot of bad habits.
